Your decision reports, debate transcripts, and any content you create using Boundary remain your intellectual property. You grant us no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
Boundary may integrate with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected. The service is provided for informational and decision-support purposes and should not be the sole basis for critical engineering decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the service provider from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the service provider regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
